New bin Laden tapes, a new American Secretary of the Treasury, a presidential election in Mexico, an international mining mega-merger (which just so happens to include Sudbury's own Inco Ltd.), a Liberal leadership race, a potential Tory fundraising scandal, the World Cup, a firestorm in Gaza, the resignation of the Dutch government, George Bush attacks the New York Times, the Prime Minister of Japan visits North America (special stop: Graceland), a Tour de France doping scandal....Not to mention Canada Day is tomorrow!

And what's today's top story on all the morning shows? Star Jones, and her little spat with Rosie O'Donnell and Barbara Walters!!! Priorities, alright!
